Editing and Translation
CDE’s editing and translation team offers expert English- and German-language work on texts about sustainability, inter- and transdisciplinary research, policy issues, and related topics. Our emphasis is on clarity, coherence, and style. We work closely with authors of all levels and backgrounds to create texts that are polished and a pleasure to read.
Our team has decades of experience in editing, translation, scientific writing, and author coaching and support. We are skilled in a wide range of publication types, from multimedia content, websites, web apps, and videos to scientific papers, project proposals, policy briefs, fact sheets, reports, guides, socio-economic atlases, and entire books. We translate from German into English and vice versa, and we can also translate from French, Danish, and Russian.
We typically collaborate in the context of individual research- or action-oriented projects, programmes, and mandates entrusted to CDE, but we gladly offer our services to external clients as well. Details are available upon request.
